Refund Policy

1. Overview
Cool Tech Design is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be issued for Quick Check In subscriptions.
2. Free Trial Period
We currently offer a free trial for our Growth plan. During this trial:
- You can cancel at any time without being charged
- No refund is necessary as no payment is made during the trial
- Your account will switch to the Basic plan after cancellation
- Data will be retained according to our data retention policy
3. Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions to the Growth plan:
Cancellation
- You may cancel your plan at any time
- Your Growth plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle
- No further charges will occur after cancellation
Refunds
- Refunds are generally not offered for monthly plans
- Exceptions may apply in case of billing errors or technical issues
- All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Eligible Reasons
- Technical issues that prevent use of the service
- Service outages longer than 24 hours
- Duplicate or incorrect billing
- Mismatch between product and stated features
Non-Eligible Reasons
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use the service
- User error or misunderstanding of functionality
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of the billing date
- Include your account email and reason for the request
- Our team will respond within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
- You'll receive a confirmation email once processed
6. After Refund
If your refund is approved:
- Your Growth plan will be cancelled immediately
- Your account will return to the Basic plan
- You can export your data before termination
- Reactivating Growth requires a new subscription
7. Dispute Resolution
If you're unsatisfied with a refund decision:
- You may escalate your case to our management team
- Provide any supporting documents or details
- We’ll review and respond within 5 business days
- The final decision will be shared in writing
